Hi, I'm Jeff Praul.

I'm a Workplace Wellness & Culture Consultant based in the Raleigh–Durham area, and I help humans function better in modern work life — through movement, nutrition, stress management, and routines built for real days.

I've led group fitness at one of the country's top-rated destination spas, advised wellness clients on what actually fits their lives, and chased this work across the world — from wildlife and marine conservation in Africa to volunteering in Ukraine when the war began.

The thing I keep coming back to: health isn't built only in the gym. It's built in how you move, eat, and think across the whole day. I put that philosophy into two books — The Art of Choosing and Remember to Remember — and into every session I run.

I've tried programs before and quit. How is this different? +
Most programs fail because they're all-or-nothing. We start with one or two small changes that fit your actual schedule and build from there. The goal is habits that survive a busy week — not a 30-day sprint you abandon.
Do I need a gym or special equipment? +
Nope. A lot of the movement work is built around your normal day — your desk, your home, a short walk. If you love the gym, great; if you don't, we'll work with what fits your life.
Do you work in person or online? +
Both. I'm based in the Raleigh–Durham area and meet local clients and teams in person, but most coaching happens over video — so we can work together wherever you are.
Is this medical or nutrition advice? +
No — I'm a wellness coach, not a doctor or registered dietitian. I help you build healthier movement, nutrition, and stress habits. For medical conditions or clinical nutrition needs, I'll always point you to the right professional.
Can you run a session for my company or team? +
